StratShot is done fast. In one five-day working week in fact - because there is no more time to waste.
During the first two preparatory days, you the CEO, brief us and we hold 1-hour dialogues with your six top managers. During these individual sessions we often take people in directions new to them. It is our objective to have them come to the StratShot workshop motivated to contribute and collaborate - and open to new options.
We run your StratShot workshop itself, on the third day, informally and preferably away from the company office. We draw from our own experiences to cast light on your unique situation, inject sound ideas and use scenario building. Defining and assigning tasks is a theme that underpins the entire day.
The fourth day is devoted to summarising your workshop and preparing a report away from your premises.
On the fifth day, we relate our key observations to you with the action plan for recovery and sustainable profit growth.
